The Mackintosh pub. A lovely place for a pint and a bite to eat. They proudly boast 2 meals for £6 on their advertising boards and on the cards on some tables. But when one investigates the deal a little further, one notices that this self proclaimed “deal” is not as good as you first imagine…
“Meals listed above are available individually for £3″…

So I was talking to Centipeed about more mysteries of the English language (if you remember I did the post “This Door Is Alarmed”). We (he) came up with a few, including why do you walk through a door rather than through a doorway? And why does your alarm go off when it really comes on? I have come to the conslusion that the English language needs a spring clean and the government should employ some professional cleaners. I would call them the Word Cleaning Team because it is very descriptive but also sounds daring.

Sorry guys, there have been no updates ina while because I’ve been kinda busy lately. I’ve still been thinking but I haven’t been taking note. I have, however, come up with an idea… if you have anything you would like me to think about then just reply to this post and I’ll give my oppinions/thoughts/views on the matter. How come every now and then when you are walking aroung the streets you come across a radom (hopefully unused) condom just lying on the floor. The only rational explaination I can come up with (other than public indecency) is that kids like to play with them and flick them around. If this is the case then it is a sad state of affairs, when I was a kid I used to play with a stick and a hoop.
